The latest product to come to Pure Beauty is a serum from Dermalogica called Dermalogica Biolumin-C Serum, but what does it do and who should be using it? What Does it Do?
Dermalogica Biolumin-C Serum is a high-performance Vitamin C serum that works with the skins own defences to brighten and firm. It combines and ultra-stable Vitamin C complex with a bio-technologiy to deliver the natural power of Vitamin C where it’s needed most. Biolumin-C does more than simply brighten, firm and reduce the appearance of fine lines; it exfoliates and reduces unbalanced pigmentation, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and prevents and corrects free radical damage.
Who Should Be Using it?
It’s perfect for prematurely ageing skin, where users feel like they’ve lost brightness and firmness. It’s also great if you’re developing fine line or have areas of hyperpigmentation.
What’s in it?
As well as containing a highly scientific vitamin C complex, it also contains lactic acid, sophora japonica flower extract and salvia hispanica (chia seed) oil. It also contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA) which leave the skin very sensitive during use, so an extra SPF is recommended.
How Do I Use it?
Dispense a full dropper and smooth over cleansed face and neck morning and night, after toning and before moisturizing. It’s suitable for all skin types, too.
