We’re always excited when we add new products ranges to our shelves, and we’ve recently added a whole new brand – Jan Marini! We’ve got so much to tell you about all of the different, wonderful products on offer, but for today we thought we’d focus on just one range from the brand, the Bioglycolic range, which is designed to work together to dramatically improve the appearance of ageing skin.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Bioclear Cream
This face cream from the range contains a combination of acids to dramatically retexturise the surface of the skin and leave your face looking smooth and wrinkle-free. Glycolic, salicylic and azelaic acid reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, redness, acne scarring, large pores and uneven texture. It’s very potent, so shouldn’t be used if pregnant or on Ro-Accutane, and you should always use a sunscreen if you’re exposed after using this cream.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Bioclear Lotion
This is basically the lotion form of the Bioclear cream, containing the same combination of Glycolic, salicylic and azelaic acids. It’s a lighter formulation for people who don’t like heavy creams and will help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, redness, acne scarring, large pores and uneven texture. It gives the skin renewed luminosity and should be used with the same caution as the cream.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Facial Cleanser
A good skin routine starts with your cleanser and this soap-free formulation from Jan Marini encourages a soft, smoother and more refined skin texture. It contains glycolic acid as a follicular cleansing aid and resurfacing agent and will enhance the benefits of other glycolic acid products.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Hand and Body Lotion
Anti-ageing skincare shouldn’t stop at your face, which is why Jan Marini developed this hand and body lotion, which contains glycolic acid, aminophylline and shea butter to hydrate and visibly smooth the skin. It has antioxidant ingredients which help to repair the skins tissues and is brilliant for use on skin conditions like keratosis pilaris where an excess of keratin is produced, making the skin look lumpy.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Oily Skin Cleansing Gel
Dealing with oily, ageing skin can be really tricky as most anti-ageing products are too rich, but this cleansing gel clears the skin of excess sebum while providing extra benefits for oily/problem-prone skin. Glycolic acid targets oily skin, while helping with the appearance of acne lesions. Skin appears smoother and more refined with regular use.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Resurfacing Body Scrub
For an all-over polished look to your skin, this scrub is a great choice. It contains concentrated glycolic acid with exfoliating particles and key botanical extracts for noticeably smoother glowing skin that is silky smooth to the touch. It will immediately reduce rough calloused skin such as backs of arms and legs and will provide progressive improvement over time.
